本ポリシーは、bigmakers が提供するカメラアプリ ToyRcam・SlitRcam・StripRcam・MapCam・28Rcam・50Rcam・CATcam・GorskyCam・NyanCard・HITOcard・SerenDP・ボケカメラ・ARcam およびコーヒーアプリ BeanCard・食事記録アプリ DishCard・時計アプリ 時間軌道エレベーター・旅アプリ「時間旅行」シリーズ 時間旅行 鉄道・時間旅行 ドライブ・カレンダーアプリ 日めくり印刷カレンダー(以下「本アプリ」)に共通して適用されます。開発者は本アプリを通じて、利用者の個人データを収集・送信・保存しません(ToyRcam の任意参加機能「シェアフィルター」、SerenDP の任意の共有機能、28Rcam・50Rcam の任意参加機能「Rcamギャラリー」、MapCam・CATcam の任意参加機能「100日マップ」、および BeanCard・DishCard の任意機能「カードギャラリー」「QRでのカード受け渡し」、「時間旅行」シリーズの任意機能「旅の記憶」「ここに残す」のみ例外があり、下記「アプリ別の補足」で説明します)。
写真の撮影にのみ使用します。撮影した写真は利用者の端末のフォトライブラリに保存され、外部には送信されません。
撮影・加工した写真を保存するためにアクセスします。一部アプリの「ギャラリーから取り込み」機能では、利用者がその場で選択した写真のみを読み取り、同じ加工を施して新しい写真として保存します。読み取った写真や位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません。
日めくり印刷カレンダーで、印刷する日めくりにその日の予定を載せるために、iOS のカレンダーを読み取ります。読み取りは利用者が機能を有効にした場合のみ行われ、予定の追加・変更・削除は一切行いません。読み取った予定は印刷・PDF の作成にのみ使われ、端末内で完結します。開発者に送信されることはありません。
日めくりカレンダーを A4 で印刷したり PDF として保存したりするアプリです。ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。入力した内容(日数・服用時点のラベル・名言リストなど)と設定は、この端末の中だけに保存されます。iOS のカレンダーを読み取る機能は任意で、有効にした場合のみ動作し、読み取った予定は印刷用のページを作るためだけに使われます。ウィジェットも同じく端末内のデータだけで動きます。
レトロなトイカメラ風の加工(周辺減光・発色・粒状・光漏れ等)を施すカメラです。すべての画像処理は端末内で完結し、画像が外部に送信されることはありません。地名・座標・日時の焼き込みは設定で切り替えられ、いずれも端末内で完結します。
シェアフィルター(任意参加の機能): 自作したフィルター設定に名前を付けて、Apple CloudKit の公開ギャラリーで共有できる任意機能です。写真はアップロードしません(ギャラリーのサムネイルは、共有された数値パラメータを端末内でサンプル画像に適用してその場でレンダリングしたものです)。共有した場合のみ、次のデータが Apple CloudKit に保存されます。
共有されたフィルターは誰でも閲覧・★評価・適用できます。不適切な投稿は通報でき、確認のうえ削除します。特定の投稿者をブロックする機能もあります。自分が共有したフィルターはいつでも削除できます。本機能はトラッキング・広告・第三者へのデータ提供を一切行わず、Apple CloudKit はデータの保管基盤としてのみ利用します。

地名・座標・地図アウトラインを写真に焼き込みます。この処理はすべて端末内で完結し、位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません。「出発点」機能で設定した座標は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。「ギャラリーから取り込み」に対応します。
100日マップ(任意参加の投稿機能): 地図上に写真を投稿できる任意機能です。投稿しない限り、以下のデータが外部へ送信されることはありません。投稿した場合のみ、次のデータが Apple CloudKit のサーバーに保存されます。

赤・緑・青を時間差で3連写し、1枚のカラー写真に合成する三色分解カメラです。すべての画像処理は端末内で完結し、画像が外部に送信されることはありません。位置情報は使用しません。
端末内の Vision フレームワークで猫を検出・切り抜き、トレーディングカード風の画像に合成します。検出・切り抜き・合成はすべて端末内で完結します。「トレード」機能は同じローカルネットワーク上の相手と端末同士で直接カード画像を交換するもので、サーバーを経由せず、開発者にデータは送信されません。位置情報(撮影地名の記載)は任意です。
端末内で人物を検出・切り抜き、トレーディングカード風の画像に合成します。処理は端末内で完結します。「トレード」機能は NyanCard と同様、ローカルネットワーク上の端末同士の直接交換で、サーバーを経由しません。生年月日は星座の算出のみに使用し、端末外へ送信されません。
背景が渦を巻くボケのポートレートカメラです。撮影、人物の認識(セグメンテーション)、深度によるボケ処理はすべて端末内で完結し、映像や写真が外部に送信されることはありません。写真は「追加のみ」の権限でフォトライブラリに保存されます。
多重露光トイカメラです。撮影・合成・フィルムロールの保存はすべて端末内で完結します。
コーヒーのメニュー・カード作成と「一杯の記録(コレクション)」のためのアプリです。カードの作成・保存、写真撮影(レトロ加工)、地名・地図スタンプの生成はすべて端末内で完結します。位置情報は端末内での地名・地図の描画にのみ使用され、座標データが開発者へ送信されることはありません。
食事の記録(コレクション)と店舗向けメニューカード作成のためのアプリです。カードの作成・保存、写真撮影(フィルタ加工)、地名・地図スタンプの生成はすべて端末内で完結します。位置情報は端末内での地名・地図の描画にのみ使用され、座標データが開発者へ送信されることはありません。任意機能「カードギャラリー」「QRでのカード受け渡し」の仕組み・保存されるデータ・通報/ブロック/削除・90日期限は、上記 BeanCard の記載と同一です。
出発駅から列車で行ける範囲を地図に描く鉄道旅アプリです。到達圏の計算・地図表示はすべて端末内で完結し、位置情報の権限も要求しません。任意機能「旅の記憶」では、利用者が明示的に投稿した場合にのみ、コメント本文、任意で添付した写真(縮小版)、ニックネーム(任意)、訪れた日、対象の駅名・駅コード、出発駅名と所要時間(任意)、および iCloud アカウント由来の匿名内部ユーザーID が Apple の iCloud(CloudKit)に保存されます(氏名・メールアドレスは収集しません)。

出発地点から車で行ける範囲を地図に描くドライブ旅アプリです。到達圏の計算・地図表示・場所データはすべて端末内で完結します。位置情報は「現在地から」を選んだときに現在地を出発地点にするためだけに使用し、座標が開発者へ送信されることはありません(端末内で計算に使うだけです)。位置情報を許可しなくても、地名検索や地図上の地点指定で全機能を利用できます。
任意機能「ここに残す」では、利用者が明示的に投稿した場合にのみ、写真(縮小版)、コメント、ニックネーム(任意)、訪れた日、対象の場所の名称・座標・種別、出発地点名と所要時間(任意)、および iCloud アカウント由来の匿名内部ユーザーIDが Apple の iCloud(CloudKit)に保存されます(氏名・メールアドレスは収集しません)。地図上の任意地点を「場所」として登録できるため、投稿した座標は他の利用者にも公開されます。ご自宅など知られたくない地点は投稿しないでください。

This policy applies to the apps provided by bigmakers — ToyRcam, SlitRcam, StripRcam, MapCam, 28Rcam, 50Rcam, CATcam, GorskyCam, NyanCard, HITOcard, SerenDP, ボケカメラ (Bokeh Camera), ARcam (READ THE CITY), BeanCard, DishCard, 時間旅行 鉄道 (Time Travel Rail), and 時間旅行 ドライブ (Time Travel Drive) (the "Apps"). The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data (with opt-in exceptions for ToyRcam's "Share Filter" feature, SerenDP's sharing feature, 28Rcam/50Rcam's "Rcam Gallery" feature, MapCam/CATcam's "100-Day Map" feature, and BeanCard's and DishCard's card gallery and QR hand-off features, described below).
Used solely to take photos. Captured photos are saved to your device's photo library and are not transmitted anywhere.
Accessed to save photos you capture and edit. Where an "Import from gallery" feature exists, it reads only the photo you explicitly select. Neither the imported photo nor its location is sent to the developer.
ToyRcam applies retro toy-camera processing (heavy vignette, color shift, grain, light leak, etc.) entirely on device; images are never sent externally. Its optional "Share Filter" feature lets you name a custom filter setting you created and share it on a public gallery hosted on Apple CloudKit. No photos are ever uploaded — gallery thumbnails are rendered on-device by applying the shared numeric parameters to a bundled sample image. If, and only if, you choose to share a filter, the following is stored on Apple CloudKit: the filter's numeric parameters (e.g. color temperature, saturation, grain), its name, and your nickname; an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account (no name or email address is collected); no photo or location data is ever uploaded. Anyone can view, star-rate, and apply shared filters. You can report inappropriate submissions (reviewed and removed) and block other contributors. You can delete your own shared filters at any time. This feature performs no tracking or advertising and shares no data with third parties; Apple CloudKit is used solely as storage infrastructure.
StripRcam captures multiple lenses (wide/normal/telephoto) per shutter and composes them into a single cinemascope triptych; all processing, including the random color filter, runs on device. 28Rcam and 50Rcam stamp place name, coordinates, date, and map outlines on device (they differ only in focal length, 28mm vs 50mm); your location is never sent to the developer. Their optional "Rcam Gallery" feature — shared between the two apps — lets you post a photo to a shared gallery. Nothing is uploaded unless you post. When you do post, the following is stored on Apple's CloudKit servers: the posted photo (downscaled) and thumbnail, your caption, your nickname, any profile bio/social links you entered, and any comments you write; no coordinate data is included, and no name or email address is collected — only an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account. Posts are publicly viewable. You can report inappropriate posts (reviewed and typically removed within 24 hours), block other users, and delete your own posts and comments in the app at any time. This feature performs no tracking or advertising and shares no data with third parties; Apple CloudKit is used solely as storage infrastructure. GorskyCam takes three time-offset red/green/blue shots and merges them into one color photo entirely on device, and does not use location. NyanCard and HITOcard detect and cut out cats/people on-device and compose trading-card images locally; their "Trade" feature exchanges card images directly between devices over the local network, with no server involved.
MapCam stamps place names, coordinates, and map outlines onto photos entirely on-device; your location is never sent to the developer. The "departure point" is stored only on your device. It supports "Import from gallery."
MapCam's "100-Day Map" is an opt-in feature that lets you post photos to a shared map. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to post. When you do post, the following is stored on Apple's CloudKit servers: your posted photo (downscaled) and thumbnail, any comment, your nickname, avatar image, and any profile bio/social links you entered; your location, reduced to whichever precision you chose at post time (exact / blurred to roughly 300 m / city-level only) — your original precise coordinates are never transmitted; and an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account (no name or email address is collected). Posts are publicly viewable and are automatically removed from the map 100 days after posting (other users' "likes" can extend this up to a maximum of 200 days). You can report inappropriate posts (reviewed and typically removed within 24 hours) and block other users. You can delete your own posts and comments in the app at any time; to request deletion of your account data, contact us at the address below. This feature performs no tracking or advertising and shares no data with third parties; Apple CloudKit is used solely as storage infrastructure.
CATcam detects cats on-device using Apple's Vision framework and applies retro-film processing locally; images are never transmitted externally. Stamping place names/coordinates onto photos is off by default and can be enabled in settings.
CATcam's "100-Day Map" works exactly like MapCam's feature described above: it is opt-in, nothing is sent unless you post, and the same categories of data (downscaled photo/thumbnail, comment, nickname, avatar, optional profile bio/links, precision-reduced location, and an anonymous iCloud-derived user ID) are stored on Apple CloudKit only when you post. The same 100-day (up to 200-day) auto-removal, reporting, blocking, in-app deletion, and no-tracking/no-ads/no-third-party-sharing terms apply.
ボケカメラ (Bokeh Camera) is a portrait camera with swirling background bokeh. Shooting, person segmentation, and depth-based blur all happen entirely on device; no images or video ever leave your device. Photos are saved to your photo library with add-only permission.
SerenDP is a multiple-exposure toy camera. Shooting, blending, and film-roll storage happen entirely on device. Its optional sharing feature uploads the selected roll's photos (downscaled) and your nickname to Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) only when you explicitly share or set a roll adrift; there is no developer-operated server. Shared rolls can be downloaded only by someone with the share code/QR, or by a user who picks up a "drift film" (there is no public feed). Shares expire after about 90 days, can be withdrawn by the sharer, and can be reported by recipients (reported rolls are removed). Shared data is never used for advertising, tracking, or analytics; the developer may access it solely for moderation. Sharing requires iCloud sign-in. Unless you share, no photo ever leaves your device.
BeanCard is an app for creating coffee menu cards and logging cups you enjoyed at cafes. Card creation and storage, photo capture with retro processing, and place-name/map stamping all happen entirely on device; your location is used only to draw the place name and map outline on the photo and is never transmitted to the developer as coordinate data. Its optional card gallery lets you publish a card to a public feed: only when you explicitly post, the card image (downscaled) and thumbnail, cafe name, coffee name, caption, your nickname, and an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account are stored on Apple's CloudKit servers (no name or email address is collected). Posts are publicly viewable; you can report inappropriate posts (reviewed and typically removed within 24 hours), block other users, and delete your own posts at any time. Its optional QR hand-off shares a single card only with someone who has the share code/QR (no public feed); shares expire after about 90 days, can be withdrawn by the sharer, and can be reported by recipients. Shared data is never used for advertising, tracking, or analytics; the developer may access it solely for moderation. These features require iCloud sign-in. Unless you post or share, no data ever leaves your device.
DishCard is an app for logging dishes you enjoyed and creating menu cards for shops. Card creation and storage, photo capture with filters, and place-name/map stamping all happen entirely on device; your location is used only to draw the place name and map outline on the photo and is never transmitted to the developer as coordinate data. Its optional card gallery and QR hand-off features work exactly as described for BeanCard above, with the same data categories, reporting/blocking/deletion controls, and 90-day share expiry.
時間旅行 鉄道 (Time Travel Rail) is a rail-travel app that draws, on a map, how far you can go by local trains from a chosen station. All reachability computation and map rendering happen entirely on device, and the app does not request location permission. Its optional "travel memories" feature stores data on Apple's CloudKit servers only when you explicitly post: your comment, an optional photo (downscaled), an optional nickname, the visit date, the station's name/code, optionally your departure station and travel time, and an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account (no name or email address is collected). Posts are publicly viewable (no sign-in required to read). You can report inappropriate posts (hidden immediately for you, reviewed and typically removed within 24 hours), hide (block) a specific poster, and delete your own posts at any time from within the app. To request account data deletion, contact us below. This feature never uses your data for advertising, tracking, or analytics; CloudKit serves purely as the storage backend. Posting requires iCloud sign-in. Unless you post, no data ever leaves your device.
時間旅行 ドライブ (Time Travel Drive) is a road-travel app that draws, on a map, how far you can drive from a chosen starting point. All reachability computation, map rendering, and place data stay entirely on device. Location access is used only to set your current position as the starting point when you choose "from my location"; coordinates are never transmitted to the developer. The app is fully usable without granting location access (search by place name, or pick a point on the map). Its optional "leave it here" feature stores data on Apple's CloudKit servers only when you explicitly post: a photo (downscaled), a comment, an optional nickname, the visit date, the place's name/coordinate/type, optionally your starting point and travel time, and an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account (no name or email address is collected). Because you may register any map point as a place, posted coordinates become publicly visible — please do not post locations you wish to keep private, such as your home. Posts are publicly viewable (no sign-in required to read). You can report inappropriate posts (hidden immediately for you, reviewed and typically removed within 24 hours), hide (block) a specific poster, and delete your own posts at any time. To request account data deletion, contact us below. This feature never uses your data for advertising, tracking, or analytics; CloudKit serves purely as the storage backend.
