CATcam(以下「本アプリ」)は、写真に GPS 情報・地図・猫の検出頭数を焼き込むカメラアプリです。カメラ・位置情報の処理は従来どおりすべて端末内で完結し、開発者に送信・保存されることはありません。本アプリにはこれに加えて、任意参加の投稿機能「100日マップ」があります。投稿した場合に限り、後述の範囲でデータが Apple の CloudKit サーバーに保存されます。

収集する情報

開発者が独自に運営するサーバーは存在せず、開発者個人がデータを受け取ることはありません。「100日マップ」に投稿した場合のみ、下記の情報が保管基盤である Apple CloudKit に保存されます(詳細は後述)。本アプリはトラッキング、広告を一切行わず、投稿データを第三者に提供することもありません。

カメラ

写真の撮影にのみ使用します。撮影した写真は利用者の端末のフォトライブラリに保存され、外部には送信されません(「100日マップ」に投稿する場合を除く)。

猫の検出

猫の検出には Apple の Vision フレームワークを使用します。処理はすべて端末内で完結し、カメラ映像や検出結果が開発者または外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

位置情報

• 撮影地点の地名表示、写真への座標・地名の焼き込み、地図アウトラインの描画、写真の EXIF(GPS)情報の記録に使用します。
• これらの処理はすべて端末内で完結し、位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません(「100日マップ」に投稿する場合を除く)。
• 地名の取得(逆ジオコーディング)には Apple が提供する標準機能を利用します。この際、座標が地名に変換されるために Apple のサーバーへ送信されます。これは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
• 近くのスポットの検索には Apple のマップサービスを利用します。この際も Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

写真ライブラリ

撮影した写真を保存するためにのみアクセスします。既存の写真を読み取ることはありません。

100日マップ(任意参加の投稿機能)

「100日マップ」は、写真を地図上に投稿し、他の利用者と共有できる任意参加の機能です。利用するかどうかは利用者が選択でき、投稿しない限り以下のデータが外部に送信されることはありません。

• 保存されるデータ: 投稿した場合、写真(縮小版)・サムネイル・コメント・ニックネーム・アバター画像・任意で入力したプロフィール(ひとこと・SNSリンク)を、保管基盤として利用する Apple CloudKit のサーバーに保存します。
• 位置情報の加工: 送信される位置情報は、投稿時に選択した精度(そのまま/約300mのぼかし/市区町村レベル)に加工した座標のみです。撮影時の正確な元の座標が外部へ送信されることはありません。
• アカウント情報: 投稿者の識別には、利用者の iCloud アカウントに由来する匿名の内部ユーザーIDのみを使用します。氏名・メールアドレスなど、Apple ID に紐づく個人を特定できる情報を開発者が収集することはありません。
• 公開範囲と自動削除: 投稿は本アプリの利用者であれば誰でも閲覧できます。各投稿は投稿から100日後に地図上から自動的に削除されますが、他の利用者からの「いいね」により表示期間が延長され、最長200日まで残る場合があります。
• 通報・ブロック: 不適切な投稿やコメントを通報する機能、および特定の利用者をブロックする機能があります。通報された投稿は開発者が内容を確認したうえで、24時間以内を目安に削除等の対応を行います。
• 削除: 自分が投稿した写真やコメントは、アプリ内からいつでも削除できます。アプリからの削除操作が難しい場合や、保存されたデータの削除を依頼したい場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としていません。「100日マップ」に投稿しない限り、個人情報を収集することはありません。

CATcam (the "App") is a camera app that stamps GPS information, maps, and cat detection counts onto your photos. As before, all camera and location processing happens entirely on your device and is never sent to or stored by the developer. The App also offers an optional posting feature, the "100-Day Map." Only if you choose to post does data get stored on Apple's CloudKit servers, as described below.

Information We Collect

There is no developer-operated server, and the developer never personally receives your data. Only if you post to the "100-Day Map" is the information listed below stored on Apple CloudKit, which is used purely as a storage backend (see below). The App performs no tracking or advertising, and never shares your posted data with third parties.

Camera

Used solely to take photos. Captured photos are saved to your device's photo library and are not transmitted anywhere, unless you choose to post them to the "100-Day Map."

Cat Detection

Cat detection uses Apple's Vision framework and runs entirely on your device. No camera footage or detection results are sent to the developer or any external server.

Location

• Used to display the place name, stamp coordinates and place names onto photos, draw the map outline, and record EXIF (GPS) metadata in saved photos.
• All of this processing happens on your device; your location is never sent to the developer, unless you choose to post to the "100-Day Map."
• Reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into a place name) uses Apple's built-in service, which sends the coordinates to Apple for conversion, handled under Apple's privacy policy.
• Nearby place search uses Apple's Maps service, also governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Photo Library

Accessed only to save photos you capture. The App does not read your existing photos.

100-Day Map (Optional Posting Feature)

The "100-Day Map" is an opt-in feature that lets you post photos to a shared map and view posts from other users. It is entirely optional, and unless you choose to post, none of the data below leaves your device.

• Data stored: If you post, a downsized copy of the photo, a thumbnail, your comment, nickname, avatar image, and any optional profile info you enter (a short bio and social-media links) are stored on Apple CloudKit, which we use solely as a storage backend.
• Location processing: Only coordinates that have been adjusted to the precision level you chose at posting time (exact / blurred to roughly 300 m / city-level) are transmitted. The exact original coordinates captured by the camera are never sent.
• Account data: Posts are identified only by an anonymous internal user ID derived from your iCloud account. The developer never collects your name, email address, or any other information that could directly identify you via your Apple ID.
• Visibility and automatic deletion: Posts are visible to any user of the App. Each post is automatically removed from the map 100 days after posting; "likes" from other users can extend a post's lifetime, up to a maximum of 200 days.
• Reporting and blocking: You can report inappropriate posts or comments, and block specific users. Reported posts are reviewed by the developer, and action such as removal is generally taken within 24 hours.
• Deletion: You can delete your own posts and comments at any time from within the App. If you have trouble deleting content in the App, or want to request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

The App does not target any specific age group. Unless you post to the "100-Day Map," it collects no personal information.
