CATcam(以下「本アプリ」)は、猫の毛並みを引き立てるフィルタと、地名・座標・地図の焼き込み機能を備えたカメラアプリです。バージョン 2.0 以降、本アプリに投稿・共有機能はなく、撮影した写真や個人情報が開発者に送信・保存されることは一切ありません。

収集する情報

本アプリはデータを収集しません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在せず、アカウント登録もありません。トラッキング、広告も一切行いません。

カメラ

写真の撮影にのみ使用します。撮影した写真は利用者の端末のフォトライブラリとアプリ内ギャラリー「猫ログ」(端末内のみ)に保存され、外部には送信されません。

位置情報

• 撮影地点の地名表示、写真への座標・地名の焼き込み、地図アウトラインの描画、写真の EXIF(GPS)情報の記録に使用します。
• これらの処理は端末内で完結し、位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません。
• 地名の取得(逆ジオコーディング)には Apple が提供する標準機能を利用します。この際、座標が地名に変換されるために Apple のサーバーへ送信されます。これは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
• 「近くのスポット」機能をオンにした場合、周辺施設の検索のために現在地の座標が OpenPOI API および Apple のマップサービスに送信されます。送信されるのは検索時の座標のみで、利用者を識別する情報は含まれません。機能をオフにしている間は送信されません。

写真ライブラリ

撮影した写真の保存と、「取り込み」機能で利用者が選択した写真の読み込みにのみ使用します。選択した写真以外を読み取ることはありません。

猫ログ(アプリ内ギャラリー)

撮影・取り込みした写真の複製を端末内にのみ保存する機能です。外部サーバーには一切送信されず、アプリを削除するとともに消去されます。

旧バージョンの「100日マップ」について

バージョン 1.2 で提供していた投稿機能「100日マップ」は、バージョン 2.0 で終了しました。旧バージョンで投稿されたデータ(写真・コメント・ニックネーム等)は Apple CloudKit 上に残っている場合があります。保存済みデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としておらず、個人情報を収集しません。

CATcam Privacy Policy

CATcam (the "App") is a camera app with fur-enhancing filters for cats and the ability to stamp place names, coordinates, and map outlines onto your photos. As of version 2.0 the App has no posting or sharing features, and none of your photos or personal information is ever sent to or stored by the developer.

Information We Collect

The App collects no data. There is no developer-operated server and no account registration. The App performs no tracking and shows no ads.

Camera

Used solely to take photos. Captured photos are saved to your device's photo library and to the in-app gallery "Neko Log" (on-device only), and are not transmitted anywhere.

Location

• Used to display the place name, stamp coordinates and place names onto photos, draw the map outline, and record EXIF (GPS) metadata in saved photos.
• This processing happens on your device; your location is never sent to the developer.
• Reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into a place name) uses Apple's built-in service, which sends the coordinates to Apple for conversion, handled under Apple's privacy policy.
• If you enable the "Nearby Spots" feature, your current coordinates are sent to the OpenPOI API and Apple's Maps service to search for nearby places. Only the coordinates of the search are transmitted, with no information that identifies you. Nothing is sent while the feature is off.

Photo Library

Used only to save photos you capture and to read photos you explicitly select with the import feature. The App does not read any other photos.

Neko Log (In-App Gallery)

Keeps an on-device copy of photos you capture or import. Nothing is sent to any external server, and the data is removed when you delete the App.

About the Former "100-Day Map"

The posting feature "100-Day Map," offered in version 1.2, was discontinued in version 2.0. Data posted from older versions (photos, comments, nicknames, etc.) may remain on Apple CloudKit. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

The App does not target any specific age group and collects no personal information.
