Flowrics Support

Requirements

Flowrics requires iOS 26 or later and an active Apple Music subscription to play music.

Q: Why can't I play music?: A: Please make sure you have an active Apple Music subscription and have allowed Flowrics to access "Media & Apple Music" in the iOS Settings app.
Q: The lyric video does not appear.: A: Lyrics come from LRCLIB. Songs without synced lyrics there cannot be shown as a lyric video. If only plain lyrics are available, they are shown as text instead.
Q: How do I change the look of the lyric video?: A: Tap the style name at the top-left to get a new "Surprise" style, or open Settings (top-right) for Surprise, Reroll, chorus emphasis, and background options.
Q: The lyrics on the Lock Screen stop while the screen is dimmed.: A: While the display is in Always-On (dimmed) mode, iOS refreshes Live Activities only occasionally, so Flowrics shows the song title instead. Tap the screen to see the current line.
Q: How does External Display work?: A: Connect a TV or monitor via AirPlay (Screen Mirroring) or HDMI while a song is playing. After the one-time purchase, the TV shows only the lyric video and your iPhone stays the controller. Use "Restore" on the purchase screen on a new device.
Q: I bought Premium in an earlier version.: A: Since version 2.0, every feature is free for everyone. If you have questions about a past purchase, please contact us.
Q: How do I change the language?: A: Open Settings (top-right) and choose the language.
