Flowrics ("the App") is developed by Daisaku Harasaki. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
Flowrics does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer. There is no developer server, and the App does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
The App uses iOS "Media & Apple Music" access through Apple's MediaPlayer framework to play songs and list your library playlists. No listening history or music data is transmitted to the developer.
The App uses Apple's iTunes Search API to search for songs, albums, and music videos, and Apple Music's public top-songs chart to show popular songs. Requests contain only your search terms or the song title and artist name. Apple Music playlists, artists, and the personalized "For You" recommendations are provided by Apple through MusicKit under Apple's privacy policy; the developer never receives your listening history or recommendations.
While a song with synced lyrics is playing, the App can show the current lyric line on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. This runs entirely on your device. To keep the lyrics in sync while the screen is off, the App plays a silent audio track in the background; it stops when playback stops or when the feature is turned off in Settings.
When an external display is connected (AirPlay or HDMI), the App can show the lyric video on it. This is an optional one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple through StoreKit; the developer does not receive your payment information.
The App fetches lyrics for the playing song from the third-party service lrclib.net using the song title and artist name. No personal information is sent in these requests.
Typefaces used to draw the lyric video are loaded from Google Fonts.
Recently played songs and your settings are stored only on your device.
All playback and lyric video features are free. The only in-app purchase is the optional "External Display" unlock (one-time). Purchases are processed by Apple; the developer has no access to your payment details.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
