収集する情報

本アプリは以下のデバイス機能にアクセスします：

AI機能について

本アプリにはオプションのAIビジョン機能があります。この機能を使用する場合：

• APIキーはデバイスのKeychainに安全に保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
• AI機能の使用は完全にオプションであり、有効にしない限りデータは外部に送信されません。

データの保存

• 撮影した動画はデバイスのフォトライブラリに保存されます。
• アプリの設定はデバイス上のUserDefaultsに保存されます。
• 本アプリは独自のサーバーを持たず、ユーザーデータを収集・保存しません。

第三者への提供

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、取引、または転送することはありません。AI機能を使用した場合、選択したAIプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Introduction

SUBCAM ("the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information We Access

The App accesses the following device features:

• Camera: Used for video recording. Video is processed only on the device.
• Microphone: Used for audio recording and real-time subtitle generation.
• Speech Recognition: Uses Apple's Speech Framework to generate real-time subtitles. Audio data is sent to Apple's speech recognition service.
• Photo Library: Used to save recorded videos.

AI Features

The App includes optional AI vision features. When using these features:

• Camera images are sent to the AI provider (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) selected by the user, using API keys configured by the user.
• API keys are securely stored in the device's Keychain and are never transmitted elsewhere.
• AI features are entirely optional; no data is sent externally unless the user explicitly enables them.

Data Storage

• Recorded videos are saved to the device's Photo Library.
• App settings are stored locally in UserDefaults.
• The App does not operate its own servers and does not collect or store user data.

Third-Party Sharing

The App does not sell, trade, or transfer user personal information to third parties. When AI features are used, the privacy policy of the selected AI provider applies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
