40SEC-TODO（以下「本アプリ」）は、NEWMOON COFFEE が提供するTODO管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。

• アカウント登録は不要です
• メモデータはすべて端末内（ローカル）に保存されます
• サーバーへのデータ送信は行いません
• アナリティクスやトラッキングツールは使用していません
• 位置情報は収集しません

3. カメラ・フォトライブラリ

本アプリはメモに写真を添付する機能があります。カメラおよびフォトライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーの許可を得た場合にのみ行われ、撮影・選択された写真は端末内にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されることはありません。

4. アプリ内課金

本アプリはアプリ内課金（Premium機能の購入、応援チップ）を提供しています。課金の処理はAppleのApp Store基盤を通じて行われ、開発者が決済情報を直接取得することはありません。

5. データの共有・エクスポート

本アプリの共有・エクスポート機能は、ユーザーが明示的に操作した場合にのみ動作します。共有されるデータの送信先はユーザー自身が選択します。

6. 第三者への提供

本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供、販売、共有することはありません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

40SEC-TODO ("the App") is a TODO management application provided by NEWMOON COFFEE. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App.

The App does not collect any personal information.

• All memo data is stored locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to any server
• No analytics or tracking tools are used
• No location data is collected

3. Camera & Photo Library

The App includes a feature to attach photos to memos. Access to the camera and photo library is requested only with your permission. Photos taken or selected are stored only on your device and are never sent externally.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (Premium unlock and tip jar). All payment processing is handled through Apple's App Store infrastructure. The developer does not directly access any payment information.

5. Sharing & Export

The sharing and export features only operate when explicitly initiated by the user. The destination of shared data is chosen by the user.

6. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not provide, sell, or share any user information with third parties.
