28Rcam(以下「本アプリ」)は、28mm相当の単焦点で撮影し、位置情報や地図、撮影日時を写真に焼き込むカメラアプリです。開発者は本アプリを通じて、利用者の個人データを収集・送信・保存しません。

収集する情報

開発者が運営するサーバーは存在せず、いかなる個人データも開発者には送信されません。本アプリはトラッキング、広告、解析(アナリティクス)を一切行いません。

カメラ

写真の撮影にのみ使用します。撮影した写真は利用者の端末のフォトライブラリに保存され、外部には送信されません。

位置情報

• 撮影地点の地名表示、写真への座標・地名の焼き込み、地図アウトラインの描画、写真の EXIF(GPS)情報の記録に使用します。
• これらの処理はすべて端末内で完結し、位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません。
• 地名の取得(逆ジオコーディング)および近くのスポット検索には Apple が提供する標準機能(地図サービス)を利用します。この際、座標が Apple のサーバーへ送信されます。これは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。

写真ライブラリ

• 撮影・加工した写真を保存するためにアクセスします。
• 「ギャラリーから取り込み」機能では、利用者が選択した写真を読み取り、同じ加工を施して新しい写真として保存します。読み取りは利用者がその場で選択した写真に限られ、写真や位置情報が開発者に送信されることはありません。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とせず、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。

28Rcam (the "App") is a 28mm fixed-lens camera app that stamps location, maps, and the capture time onto your photos. The developer does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data.

Information We Collect

There is no developer-operated server, and no personal data is sent to the developer. The App performs no tracking, advertising, or analytics.

Camera

Used solely to take photos. Captured photos are saved to your device's photo library and are not transmitted anywhere.

Location

• Used to display the place name, stamp coordinates and place names onto photos, draw the map outline, and record EXIF (GPS) metadata in saved photos.
• All of this processing happens on your device; your location is never sent to the developer.
• Reverse geocoding and nearby-place search use Apple's built-in map services, which send the coordinates to Apple, handled under Apple's privacy policy.

Photo Library

• Accessed to save photos you capture and edit.
• The "Import from gallery" feature reads a photo you explicitly select and applies the same processing to save a new photo. Reading is limited to the photo you choose, and neither photos nor location are sent to the developer.

Children's Privacy

The App does not target any specific age group and collects no personal information.
